Refund policy

Applies to the Watch ($19/month) and Vendor ($49/month) plans, billed monthly through Stripe.

• Cancel any time. Email probe@agentstandings.com with your watchlist link; the plan stops renewing and stays active until the end of the paid month.
• First payment: ask within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Not working as described: if alerts weren't delivered because of a fault on our side, we refund the affected month in full.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.

Paying never changes a server's status, rank or listing, so a refund request about a server's measurements is handled as a correction request, not a billing matter.
